Terms of Service

1. Services

Millionaire Doctors provides digital marketing, advertising management, lead calling, video editing, and sales training services for Medspas and aesthetic clinics. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

2. Minimum Ad Budget

Our ad management services require a minimum monthly advertising budget of Rs 1,00,000 (One Lakh INR). This amount is separate from our management fees and is paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google).

3. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results mentioned in case studies and testimonials are based on real client experiences but individual results may vary based on market conditions, clinic operations, and other factors.

4. Medical Advertising Compliance

All advertising materials created by us comply with the National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines for medical advertising in India. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of claims made about their treatments and services.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, ad copies, video content, and strategies developed by Millionaire Doctors during the engagement remain our intellectual property until the service agreement is completed and all payments are settled, at which point ownership transfers to the client.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Ad spend budgets must be funded in advance of campaign launches.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due and all campaign data and assets will be transferred to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Millionaire Doctors's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
